1、 Job Responsibilities:
1. Employee training and management: Organize job skills training and assessment, employee evaluation and coaching, help subordinates grow, and ensure that employees meet the job requirements of their positions;
2. Production arrangement and equipment guarantee: Develop weekly production plans, arrange personnel production reasonably, ensure the normal operation of equipment and timely handling of production abnormalities, and complete production tasks with quality and quantity guaranteed;
3. Implementation of production safety: Organize and implement safety training and assessment, supervise the implementation of safety management work, eliminate potential safety hazards, and ensure employee production safety;
4. Quality assurance: Supervise the implementation of product processes, quality requirements, and various production anomalies to ensure the effective operation of the system and product quality;
5. Analysis and improvement of production performance data: Collect and analyze data on production material consumption, energy consumption, and productivity, develop corresponding improvement measures, and ensure that indicators such as material consumption, energy consumption, and productivity meet the standards.

2、 Job requirements:
1. Major in biology, chemistry, pharmaceuticals, food or related fields, with a college degree or above.
2. Familiar with various separation unit operations, including concentration, distillation, extraction, various drying techniques and equipment, and familiar with operating various analytical equipment;
3. More than three years of production/quality management experience in the food, health food, and pharmaceutical industries, or more than one year of management experience in an equivalent position.

4. Has good communication and coordination skills, strong sense of responsibility, and works diligently and meticulously.
